This 90,000 GSF ground-up development includes 71,808 net rentable square feet across 667 units, and officially received its certificate of occupancy in April 2024. The project was strategically acquired in June 2022 for $1.1 million in land cost, with a total development cost of $11.97 million.

Located in one of Knoxville’s rapidly expanding submarkets, the facility is well-positioned to benefit from strong area demographics, population growth, and demand for modern, secure storage options.
