Who we are

What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you submit the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and message. Our web server and security software also record standard technical data for each visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

How we use it

We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry and, if you are an investor or prospective capital partner, to communicate with you about RBS and its vehicles. We use technical data to keep the site secure, to block automated abuse, and to diagnose errors. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Contact form submissions are stored in our website database and delivered to our email. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a font file is requested. Our investor portal is a separate system with its own terms; information you provide there is governed by the agreements you sign as an investor.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies for ordinary visitors. If you log in to administer the site, WordPress sets session cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Retention

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the inquiry. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period and then overwritten.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information you have submitted through this site by emailing IR@RBStor.com. We will honor the request unless we are required to keep the information for legal or regulatory reasons.

Securities notice
